Ensemble actors rehearse for 60-90 minutes on Saturdays. Leads attend additional rehearsals on Monday/Wednesday evenings for 120 minutes or less. These weekly rehearsals combine professional level training in acting, singing, dance, improv, costuming, stage make up, and more with blocking and choreography for our show - all from actively working industry professionals!
Everyone has ensemble rehearsal on Saturdays. Lead rehearsals are Monday and Wednesday evenings and will be specified after casting. Those who are interested in a lead role (speaking role) are encouraged to attend our audition prep rehearsals on Monday and Wednesday evenings leading up to audition day. As we get closer to our performances, rehearsals will become longer and more frequent. Tech week is the week before opening weekend and includes nightly rehearsals every day of the week leading up to opening night. Performances are tentatively and loosely scheduled for the end of July, 2025. Please check back in early 2025 for the updated Production Calendar (link below) for more details.
Theatre is the ultimate supplemental support for academics, socialization, and building essential life skills. Through the process of putting together a musical, you and/or your child will develop and enhance their skills in reading, math, communication, movement, social-emotional learning, independence, team work, coping mechanisms, creative problem solving, leadership, organization, and time management - no matter what the starting level.
Tuition is $250 and includes a show shirt, script, rehearsal tracks (music), cast photo, headshot, and 8+ lessons in acting, singing, dancing, improv, costume design and creation, stage make up, technical theatre, reading, math, communication, and social-emotional learning. That's less than $35 a lesson (and even less if cast as a lead)! Payment plans and limited scholarships are available (apply for a scholarship below). Discounts are available for siblings, families, adults, and alumni referral. All participants are guaranteed an ensemble role in our show!
Our generous donors make it possible for a limited number of our less financially abled artists to share in the education, training, and experience we offer. Please click the link below to complete the application for a partial or full tuition scholarship.
